DEVNDE is a product of Janasa Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), located at Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, India. We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
This policy also follows the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
2. Data we collect
- Account details: your name and email address when you log in with a one-time code.

- Project information: answers to project forms, files, logos, images and content you share with us.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form or email.
- Payment records: order amounts and Razorpay transaction IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us.

3. How we use your data
- To create your account, log you in and keep it secure.
- To process orders, payments and GST tax invoices.
- To deliver your project and keep you updated by email about your order.
- To answer your questions and complaints.
- To meet legal duties such as tax, accounting and law-enforcement requests.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of the Platform.
- To send offers or newsletters — only if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
We only collect what we need for these purposes and do not use your data for anything unrelated without asking you first.
4. Consent
By creating an account, placing an order or sending us a message, you consent to us processing your data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, and we may still keep data we are legally required to keep (for example, tax invoices).
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use only essential cookies to keep you logged in and to secure your session. We also save small preferences in your browser, such as whether you prefer monthly or annual prices.
We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
6. Who we share data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the Platform, under confidentiality obligations:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Amazon Web Services — secure hosting, file storage, backups and sending emails.
- Zoho — business email.
- Domain registrars and other providers needed for your project (for example, registering your domain).
- Government authorities, courts or regulators — only when required by law.
7. Where your data is stored and how we protect it
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers located in India.
- All connections to the Platform are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, and our database only accepts encrypted connections from our own servers.
- Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it to do their work.
- Logins use one-time codes sent to your email — we never store passwords.
- Data is backed up daily to protect against loss.
No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
8. How long we keep data
- Account and project data: while your account is active and for up to 3 years after your last order, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Invoices and payment records: for the period required under GST and income-tax laws.
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years.
- One-time login codes: deleted shortly after use or expiry.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
- Ask us to erase your data, except where we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw your consent.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
To use any of these rights, email contact@devnde.com from the email address on your account.
10. Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "last updated" date. Significant changes will be notified by email.
