Terms & Conditions

The rules for using DEVNDE and buying our plans. Please read them before placing an order.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. About us and acceptance

DEVNDE (the "Platform") is a product of Janasa Technologies Private Limited, a DPIIT-recognised startup registered in India with its office at Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, India ("we", "us", "our").

By visiting www.devnde.com, creating an account or buying any plan, you ("you", "the Customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide digital services such as website development, e-commerce stores, logo and brand design, social media marketing and combined plans ("Combo Packs"), as described on each package page at the time of purchase.

The scope of each order is limited to the features listed in the package you buy. Anything outside that list — extra pages, features, integrations, content writing, photography or additional revisions — is quoted and charged separately.

3. Prices, GST and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
  • Monthly amounts shown on the website are for comparison only. Every plan is billed annually: the full yearly price is paid in advance in a single payment.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Offer and discounted prices are valid only for the period shown and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Changes never affect an order that is already paid.
  • A tax invoice is issued for every paid order and is available from your account.

4. Orders and your responsibilities

After payment, you will be asked to fill in the project forms for your package and to share your content (text, images, logo, product details) and approvals.

  • Delivery timelines start only after we receive all required information and content from you.
  • Delays in sharing content, feedback or approvals extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
  • If we do not hear from you for 60 days after an order or a request for information, we may close the project as delivered in its current state. The plan period continues and no refund is due.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and content you provide.

5. Revisions and delivery

Each package includes the number of revisions stated on its package page. Further revisions or changes to approved work are charged separately.

Delivery times on package pages are estimates in working days, not guarantees. We will keep you informed about progress through your order page and email.

Work is considered delivered when it is made available to you (for example, the website is live or files are shared) or when you approve it, whichever is earlier.

6. Plan period, renewal and suspension

  • Each plan is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. We will remind you before expiry; renewal requires a new payment at the renewal price applicable at that time.
  • If a plan is not renewed within 15 days after it expires, hosting, maintenance and support may be suspended.
  • Website data may be permanently deleted 30 days after suspension. Please take a copy of anything you need before then.

7. Domains, hosting and third-party services

Where a plan includes a domain, we register it for the plan year on your behalf. After the plan period, you may renew it with us or request a transfer to your own account.

Some services depend on third parties such as domain registrars, hosting and cloud providers, payment gateways, Google, Meta and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions (for example, an ad account review).

Advertising spend on Google, Meta or other platforms is never included in our prices and is paid directly by you to those platforms.

8. Intellectual property

  • Once your order is fully paid, you own the final deliverables created for you, such as your logo, designs and website content.
  • You keep all rights in the content you give us.
  • We keep the rights in our own pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
  • Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show your project (without confidential information) in our portfolio.

9. Your content and acceptable use

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you share with us, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

You may not use our services for anything unlawful or prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 — including fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful or misleading content, gambling, or the sale of prohibited goods.

We may refuse, remove or suspend content or services that break these rules, without refund.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, login details and project materials confidential and use them only to deliver your services, except where disclosure is required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

  • We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business results such as sales, leads, search rankings or followers.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or penalty arising from content you provide, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the services.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end services if you break these terms, misuse the services, fail to pay, or if required by law. Fees paid are not refunded in such cases.

You may stop using the services at any time; please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to payments already made.

14. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, government actions or failures of third-party providers.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Tenali, Andhra Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights before consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Changes do not affect orders already paid.

17. Grievance officer and contact
