Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our services are digital and made specifically for your business. As soon as you pay, we reserve team time for your project, register domains, set up hosting and begin work — and these costs cannot be recovered. This is why we cannot offer refunds, and we clearly show this before you pay.

Please read the package details carefully, and contact us with any questions before ordering.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.
• Annual plans cannot be cancelled part-way through the year, and no refund is given for unused months.
• Plans cannot be downgraded during the plan period. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time by paying the difference.
• If you do not want to continue after the plan year, simply do not renew — plans never renew automatically.

• Change of mind, change in business plans, or no longer needing the service.
• Delays caused by not sharing content, information or approvals on time.
• Not using, or only partly using, the services or features included in your plan.
• Personal preference about design after work has been approved, or after the included revisions are used — additional revisions can be purchased instead.
• Third-party costs, such as domain registration, advertising spend, payment gateway charges or paid plugins.
• Plan renewals once processed.
• Orders bought at offer, discount or coupon prices.
• Suspension or termination because of a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

The only exceptions, which we honour as required by Indian consumer law, are:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order. The extra payment is refunded in full.
• Failed transaction: money was debited but the order was not created. The amount is refunded in full (Razorpay usually reverses these automatically).
• Service not provided by us: if we are unable to start or deliver your project for reasons solely on our side, we will first offer to complete it. If that is not possible, we will refund the amount for the services not delivered.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.

If you are not happy with how your project is going, tell us. We will always try to make it right:

• Revisions within your package to fix what doesn't meet the agreed scope.
• An upgrade to a plan that better fits your needs — you only pay the difference.
• A one-time transfer of your unused project to another business owned by you, within the same plan year.

Email contact@devnde.com within 7 days of the issue with your order number, the payment date and a screenshot of the transaction if possible. We will reply within 48 hours.

Please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank — most payment issues are solved quickly by email. If a chargeback is raised for a valid, delivered order, we will share the order details, your acceptance of this policy and proof of work with the bank, and services may be paused until the dispute is closed.
